Declassified CIA Document Explains How to Have an Out-of-Body Gateway Experience
Expand your consciousness, and train psychic abilities. The document is called “Analysis and Assessment of Gateway Process” which comes from a place called the Monroe Institute. A consciousness research center in rural Virginia founded by Robert Monroe. A radio executive who started having spontaneous out-of-body experiences and dedicated his life to studying what was happening. Eventually, his research attracted the attention of U.S. intelligence programs, including Project Stargate, the government’s psychic spy program. The Monroe Institute still exists today and continues to pioneer research in consciousness and train people in these methods.
