2021 Investment Infrastructure Jobs Act – Congress Gave Power Companies Eminent Domain Over YOUR Property
So Congress gave private for-profit companies the power over your property with eminent domain in 2021 under Section 216 of the Investment Infrastructure Jobs Act. Eminent domain. It used to only be able to be applied by the federal government, and now Congress has been like, you know, you guys take it, you go take their stuff. Which means, as long as they can have an excuse that it’s, “for the greater good”, private for-profit companies can take your house, can take your land, can take your private property for their financial gain.
Absolutely anti-American and unconstitutional, and this needs to be repealed, and every one of you sons of bitches that voted for it needs to be kicked out of office.
