Senior officials spoken about the money laundering that was occurring. “Howard Lutnick ran everything and maintained a small circle. Howard Lutnick instructed all of the fraud being committed. He used philanthropy as a smoke screen for illegal activity.”

Howard Lutnick said he never met Jeffrey only one time and he was gross. Not only did he do charity day fraud.”CANTOR FITZGERALD ran a global charity day in New York and London. They invited high profile celebrities to come in and join staff on the trading floor for the day. The charity day revenue was raised through the trades placed that day and employees gave up their salaries for the day.”
911 Insurance Fraud
Cantor Fitzgerald was actually not doing very well pre-September. After the events of September, he was doing very well because insurance paid out while all the victims died. Howard Lutnick was the only one who took off that day of work as well as the owner Larry Silverstein of the World Trade Center. Both of them missed a day of work, but get super rich. He made millions. Larry Silverstein made 4.5 billion, which even worse. Howard Lutnick was even a Jeffrey Epstein neighbor at the adjoining property of 11 East 71st Street, and Howard Lutnick bought the property for ten measly dollars through a trust. Les Wexner and Epstein both owned the building.
