They say President Trump owes this woman. Look, you could, obviously, that’s a travesty. It’s totally outrageous, and I am somehow optimistic amid all of this. We know that this case has been helping Donald Trump, because everybody can see the injustice and the absurdity of it all. However, f you watch the fake news day in and day out, you will not know the basic elements of the E. Jean Carroll case.

They don’t really want you to know that, that this woman, E. Jean Carroll, doesn’t even know the date of the alleged incident, doesn’t know the year it occurred, that there is absolutely no evidence to back it up. No security camera footage, no DNA evidence, no police report. E. Jean Carroll never went to the cops. To this day, she hasn’t gone to the cops. She said she was raped. You go to the cops, right? No, she wrote it in a book, and she showed up on some fake news shows.

Word gets back to President Trump that this person’s accusing her of something really awful. I thought in America, you’re allowed to defend yourself with evidence. This right here, what he says right here, they allege is defamation. Actually, they won so far. This is why, this moment, is why President Trump, the court says, owes E. You’re allowed in America to defend yourself, especially against false charges. Even somebody who knows in their heart they’re guilty, they’re allowed to defend themselves. Not anymore. This is insane, folks. It really is. Alina Habba, she’s a hero. The judge was giving her such a hard time. Ultimately, that judge will be judged very, very harshly.

I said, if you watch the fake news, you won’t know the elements of this case. If you were on the jury, you wouldn’t know some of the basic evidence elements about E. Jean Carroll. I’m sorry, this woman has serious, serious issues.

She’s having the time of her life. The jury wasn’t able to see that. The jury from last summer and the jury that came up with this insane verdict. They were not allowed, President Trump was not allowed to introduce this evidence. Deemed irrelevant. How is that not relevant?

How about these tweets where she made some horrendously awful, disgusting observations about sex, men, women, herself. They are ugly, they are perverted, they are wrong. They’re relevant. Her views on sex and what is consensual and not consensual, that is all perfectly and totally germane.
Carroll Hypocrisy
Also the fact that years after the alleged assault, she said she was a fan of The Apprentice. She actually loved watching The Apprentice. I’m a massive The Apprentice fan. The jury wasn’t allowed to see that. It would undermine her credibility, wouldn’t it? At least suggest that there might be another side to this story. Trump wasn’t able to introduce that evidence.
